helping our schools bounce back During Covid-19
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit Zambia, education came to a grinding halt in our community. After more than 2 months of being closed, schools are slowly beginning to reopen. And we are helping our partner schools bounce back into action safely. After assisting our school directors to get the cleaning supplies they need and to develop guidelines for safe learning, our plans now include:
Getting children access to lots of books and ample reading time
Supporting teachers to create effective, interactive lessons to reengage learners
Guiding directors to lead and sustain their school through the pandemic
Would you join us in helping students in Zambia begin to learn safely again?
A donation of $50 gives one child access to all of our educational programs for an entire year.
This is just $4.16 a month to give a student access to books and educational resources at our library, and to equip their teacher with the skills and resources to create exciting lessons in the classroom.
Give today to help one child get back to learning!
