Last Friday was a major milestone for Impact One. We launched our second network of 12 schools in our brand new Library and Training Center. As a team, we have been working towards this day for a long time. And we could hardly contain our excitement as we were finally able to embark on this journey with our new partner schools. By the end of the day, all of the school directors were overflowing with excitement too, and they are ready for what's to come in 2022.

One of the major aspects of our work will be training the teachers in our new partner schools. We have so many stories of teachers like Memory and Rhoida who were full of passion and enthusiasm for teaching, but lacked the skills and resources to create effective lessons for their students. But through training, mentoring, and access to our educational resources, everything is changing in their classrooms. And we want to be able to see these changes take place throughout all of Ng'ombe so that every child has access to a life-changing education.
